I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor, with First Aid certification, offering personalised fitness support that fits around your life — not the other way around.

I teach one-to-one personal training sessions in the comfort of your own home, outdoors near you, or in my private studio in Epsom. I also run small group personal training classes in Walton on the Hill — perfect for those who enjoy a supportive, community-driven environment.

My journey into fitness as a career began after I lost my dad suddenly almost three years ago. We shared a love for fitness, and when he passed, I turned to strength training and running to help me cope. It became more than just a way to stay active — it was how I processed grief, cleared my head, and found my own strength, both physically and mentally.

That experience shaped the way I train others. I know firsthand how powerful movement can be, not just for your body, but for your mind. If I can help my clients feel even a fraction of that same strength, resilience, and confidence — that’s exactly why I do what I do.
